If, as an example you would like to run one mile. Start with walking one block three times a week. Then two. Move walking to running, and before you know it you will safely reach your goal. If each family member commits to this, before you know it your entire family will begin enjoying quick weight loss results while feeling spectacular. Then, at the end of the month, go splurge on some family fun or donate to a cause you believe in.
