P90X is a series of 12 fitness DVDs that present a workout program designed to burn off fat and gain muscle. Some titles of the DVDs are Yoga, Kenpo Karate, Plyometrics (jump training), Arms and Back, Chest Arms and Triceps, Legs and Back, Ab Ripper (very intense ab workout, only 17 minutes) and Core Synergystics (cardio and weight training).
