Today I reached my daily 10,000 steps goal and I walked 11,283 steps per my Omron hj 112 pedometer reading! It’s a nicer day, not humid, with pleasant breeze, although the temperature is still high.
Swimmed after work and also took a walk in the subdivision.
Actually each walk took just 10-15 minutes. If we say we have no time to exercise, it’s just a mindset thing. You just don’t want to exercise. So stretch from your comfort zone and take just minutes, you can do it. I doubt you don’t have 10-15 minutes for a walk, only you do not take your walk/exercises seriously. It’s just plain order of priority thing. But what investment can compare with invest in your own health? Does money worh more than your health?
That’s what I talked with John today and we did take a good walk today at work in the mid-afternoon.
