A party at Johns Bridge Park apparently reversed the trend, I gained 1.5lb today and did not have a chance to take a walk. Tell myself to do it better tomorow, hopefully.

May 7 Weigh in: 160.0 lb
Just took a walk in the subdivision in the bright moonlight surrounded by green grass… Came back and stepped on the scale, guess what? 160.0 lb today. Wow! I took 1 cereal and 2 apples during lunch time and another apple in my way to drive home.
By the way, they are small Fuji apple sold in super-H mart at about 60 cents per pound.
May 6 Weigh-in: 162.5lb
Took a walk at lunch time. One cereal, 2 apples for lunch.
May 5th Weigh-In: 163.5 lb
Should the scale to be blamed? Or the delicious fish cake soup?
Weighed in right after the dinner that might be the reason why it jumped 1.5 lb.
I walked at lunch time but have had a pear, two oat meals during the day at work.

I think I should start my jounal about weight loss again. A while ago I participated in a weight loss forum and journaled a little bit but did not continue even with lots of courages from peel forum weight loss guys/gals.
Before I also participated in our company’s weight loss activities, like walk around America(write down steps I wlaked in a pedometer, now running out of battery and I need to buy a new battery soon). I also took part in a diet program and take notes of all carbs taken and making sure no much meat to be taken.
I think by keeping an eye on your weigh and keep a diary we can be taking more care of our own health.
This is the weight reading from a scale in a bathroom in my home. I know different scales may have different readings but if I stick just to this one the trend should always be correct.
