I’m sure you’re not a stranger to outrageous claims when it comes to the weight loss industry. “Lose weight by eating”, “get this new treadmill and leave all your fat on it”, “these new pills will make you Angelina Jolie next Thursday”, etc. so when I’m saying that I lost 40 pounds in 6 weeks by doing exercises that made me lose fat even while I was resting, I can understand that I’m going to sound just like them. But what can I say? This is true – this happened to ME!
