We all like to complain that fat is not good to our health but this is not always true. We need fats in our bodies to for energy production thus making our bodies work smoothly. However if these fats are in excess then that is when these fats can be a problem. If in excess these fats can cause a lot of harm like making us feel tired most of the time, distorting the blood flow in the system and many others which can lead to dangerous diseases like cancer, increased heart beats and even an increase in blood pressure.
