One of the saddest things in life is the person who finally decides to commit to a diet and exercise program to lose excess body fat, but who then gets misled by one false diet fad after another. It is especially troubling when you consider how fundamentally simple true weight loss is for almost all types of people. If there is any simpler concept than the notion that you need to consume less food than your body needs to perform its daily activities, I have yet to see what it is.
